Main structure, head and bench, manufactured in a single welded fabrication, particularly solid, with thermic treatment to guarantee a longest lifetime and able to resist to any deformation. All parts are treated with a coating made up of zinc to avoid any kind of corrosion in lifetime.

On customer’s demand we manufacture “Suprema Base” with simple electronic, small touch screen basic.

Mechanical bending points for canbering (non-motorized). Safety and protection standards remain unchanged.

Central Hydraulic Unit

Manufactured with the highest quality components. Hydraulic movements controlled by independent electro-valves to avoid overheating of oil Hydraulic mechanical arcing for double movement.

Electrical components

Everything contained in a single, sealed, watertight cabinet, to European safety regulations.

Bench

Manufactured with particular stoutness to avoid deflection. Rubber roller supported by a double oscillating contrast roller with automatic rollers releasing through hydraulic control. Fast opening / closing movements of the cross beam and the feeding table, hydraulic and independent.

New Patented System for automatic cleaning of the leather’s wastes between scrapers and ring rollers. Differently from all splitting machine on the market, it is not necessary to stop the machine and take off the ring rollers to remove leather’s wastes. It is enough to press one button during normal production cycle, and automatically ring rollers move down reversing the rotation way expelling leather’s wastes.

Machine Control through PLC

Working data displayed on digital colours Touch Screen, easy to use and understand, programmable with up to 100 different programmes, each with several parameters: centesimal head movement, deflection of transport roller, temporary opening of the bench, speed setting of transport rollers Touch screen controls and operates each automatic operation: automatic band-knife lubrication, sharpening advance, band-knife width measurement and hide counter.

Tele-Assistance

Through modem installed in the machine, with internet connection to our head offi ce, for analysing problems, checking and adjusting technical parameters.

Grinding Units

Particularly strong, assembled on slides with movement through recirculating spheres sliding blocks, hardened spindle axle assembled on high speed bearings couples, with motorization through toothed belt. Designed with specific angle, to keep and to grant a constant cutting corner also with worn-out grinding wheel. Automatic and Manual Sharpening with thousandth movements , through pneumatic hydraulic devices for fast opening and closing.

Security

Machine fully designed , in respect to the actual safety rules under law. The only one splitting machine on the market , equipped with immediate re-enter of the band-knife inside the jaw plates, in each kind of emergency situation or machinestop, this happens together with head /table / grinding units opening and block of rotation of the band knife.

New automatic washing system circuit on head, bench, knife’s pushers and grinding stone, to grant a constant and continuous washing (fig.1-2)

New Automated Continuous Line For The Wet Blue LeathersProcessing Composed As Follows:

  1. Continuous through feed Wet Blue;
  2. Conveyor belt connection with reading bridge for the leathers after pressing;
  3. Stacking machine;
  4. Conveyor belt connection with reading bridge for the leathers after stacking machine;
  5. Suprema Splitting machine with incorporated extractor with automatic system for the speed synchronization;
  6. Grain conveyor belt with reading system GER Selevision.
