  • Regulation System Sides “RF3” This is a modification of the F10 system employed on the shaving machine Flamar, where there was a “regulation screw” (regulation registers) in the center of the sharpening bench, with the possibility of working in concave or convex modality. Matrix today features 3 adjustment registers to provide the opportunity to adjust the machine according to the machining required. Each of the adjustment registers is independent.

Rubberized cylinder adjustment

The holding pressure control of the rubberized cylinder (2) is maintained by a hydraulic system (1) that allows constant pressure throughout the work cycle, regardless of whether thick or fine leathers are being processed. For special processing where more tightness is needed, possibility to apply new system with double pressure of rubberized cylinder (optional).

Recovery of blade wear

Blade cylinder wear recovery occurs by automatic, semiautomatic or manual movement of the blade cylinder to the inverter-controlled chrome-plated transport cylinder, which ensures centesimal displacement with precision and uniformity in scraping

Electrical components

Contained in a single watertight cabinet that complies with European standards.

Belt tensioner

Hydraulic system for tensioning the blade cylinder belts, maintaining maximum uniformity of tension during the normal work cycle.

1. Supporting bases of the sharpening carriage with Turcite coating;
2. Hydraulic system for the control of Attach-Detach;
3. Grinding wheel slide rails made of self-lubricating material with special prismatic profile allowing maximum precision of movement.

Motorized sidewall movement (optional)

New motorized sidewall adjustment system with centesimal movement controlled by inverter. Ideal for making mezzine leathers and whole leathers worked side-by-side.
