Alpe s.p.a., under a large experience, has manufactured a new automatic reblading machine for the reblading shaving and fleshing cylinders of every diameter, pitch and working width with maximum precision and quality, reducing remarkably the execution time.

Here below are described the main technical carachteristics: - Carrying structure built up with considerable solidity - Supports adjustable in height for the installation of the cylinder flowing on the lower beam of the carrying structure - Reblading head movable on high-precision R:P:M:guide fixed to the upper beam of the carrying structure - Main movements like blades pressure, hammer guide and grinding wheels advancement by pneumatic command - Grinder group for pre-rectifying of blades installed on a carriage with own motorization for the longitudinal movements alternate in two senses for all the lenght of the cylinder with automatic advancement of the grinding wheels - Rotative movements of the cylinder trasmitted, during rectifyng and balancing phase, through a servo-ventilated motor controlled by an inverter for the automatic variation of the R.P.M. - Electronic equipment are placed in the electric panel for the dinamic of cylinders with tolerance inferior to 5 gr to the effective value of the working turns.
